Signed consent form

For the two separate choices: sharing your child's words with outside AI companies, and AI training. Agreeing by email covers only Savant's own use, so these need a signature. Print this page or save it as a PDF, fill it in, sign it, and send a scan or a clear photo to the privacy contact in the privacy policy. We check it against your parent account and switch the choice on; the parent page then shows it as on.

I am this child's parent or legal guardian. I have read the Savant privacy policy (version 2026-10-22.1). I tick each choice I agree to:

Savant may send what my child writes or says in Savant to the outside AI companies named in the privacy policy, only so those services can answer or mark it, under contracts that keep it confidential and do not let them use it for anything else.

Savant may use my child's data to train AI models.

I understand I can withdraw either choice at any time on the Savant parent page, and that it stops at once.
